Glamour model Nicola McLean has chatted about boob jobs with Esther Rantzen in the British reality TV show I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here jungle.

McLean, who has 32G breasts, admitted that she is planning to have further surgery on her chest after her second baby.

"I've always wanted to do it [get a breast enlargement] probably because I've modelled in that industry too long," she said.

"I always wanted big boobs. But I had quite big boobs before I got them done. I had a 'C' cup which isn't that small but then I wanted really massive ones.

"I wanted them bigger than this but they couldn't fit the bags in so this is my second boob job. I'll go for my third and stop then."

"I can't sleep on my front. And I can't sunbathe on my front."

Cyrus 'scared' of driving instructor

Miley Cyrus says she is "scared" of her driving instructor! The Hannah Montana star is hoping to pass her driving test ahead of her 16th birthday this Sunday, but has admitted to finding lessons difficult.

She said: "My driving instructor scares me. We're driving along and he'll say to me, 'What's going to happen if you make a left turn?' I'll say, 'I dunno' and then he'll go, 'Bang - that's going to happen to your brand new car'. He just starts hitting things."

Katy Perry to host MTV Europe Awards

Katy Perry will host next month's MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool. The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer will front the ceremony, which takes place at the Echo Arena on November 6.

Perry, who will perform musical interludes at the event with her band, is also nominated for two gongs including Best New Act and Most Addictive Track.

Katy said: "I was so excited when I heard that I was nominated for two awards, but when I was asked to host the show I wet myself, Fergie-style!

TV style guru Woodall to divorce

Trinny Woodall's marriage to businessman Johnny Elichaoff has come to an end. The split is blamed on the star's heavy workload are said to have led to the couple's decision to split. Woodall, 44, rose to fame with Susannah Constantine in shows such as What Not To Wear and Trinny And Susannah Undress.

A spokesman said: "We can confirm that the couple have sadly decided to separate. For the sake of their children, they ask that their privacy is respected at this time."

Diaz nearly missed out on 'Mary'

Cameron Diaz has revealed that she nearly turned down the title role in 1998 comedy There's Something About Mary.

She was close to rejecting the opportunity after her managers advised that the movie could end her career.

"My agent and manager thought that doing this film was an insane move - I was told it would be the end of my career. But it has been the highlight of my career and my personal life," she said.

Diaz picked up an Emmy nomination for the movie, in which she played the unrequited love interest of former high school classmate Ted (Ben Stiller).

Grammer rules out 'Frasier' movie

Kelsey Grammer has ruled out the possibility of a Frasier movie.

The actor, whose new sitcom Back To You was cancelled earlier this year, says he does not want the show to follow in the footsteps of The X Files and Sex And The City.

"I hope not - it's just bound to be a failure," he said. "I like them on television. I even like Sex And The City on television. I know it had great success.

"But stylistically, the way it's shot, you could kind of buy that it could be a film. It wasn't such a transition in terms of what the actual camera work was, so it was okay."

Grammer said style of Frasier - a three-camera setup with a studio audience - would be difficult to adapt effectively to a movie.

"Frasier is rooted in the camera tradition that involves an audience participating. You have to allow that to happen for sitcom for work. And I wouldn't want to see that in film. I think it would be silly and tortured with self-awareness and foolishness."

Pink: 'People still don't get me'

Pink has claimed that the American public think she is "a psycho". The popstar said her recent US number one single 'So What' had not changed people's opinions of her.

"They still think I'm a psycho back home," Pink said.

"I just laugh and don't pay attention. I guess I'm pretty much all over the place, a great big mystery bag, but that's my style and it’'s reflected in my music.

She said: "Rosie is such a fun character to play. You never know what she will get up to next. Everyone was fantastic on set when we had to do these scenes and put me at ease.

"We had meetings about what Rosie would wear and it was decided that as she has access to all this amazing underwear she would go all out to try and seduce Tony.

"I knew that I had to act confidently because Rosie is confident and there was no point in being embarrassed. In the end I had great fun doing these scenes."

Dido reveals new album details

Dido is to return with her third studio album in the autumn, her label has confirmed.

The Brit Award-winning singer will release Safe Trip Home, her follow-up to 2003's Life For Rent collection, on November 3.

The album features a collaboration with Brian Eno and has been produced by Dido, her brother Rollo Armstrong and Jon Brion.

'Look No Further', a track from the album, is currently available as a free download from the singer's official website. Safe Trip Home will also be preceded by a single, 'Don't Believe In Love', to be released in both physical and digital formats.

Dido's first two albums, 1999's No Angel and 2003's Life For Rent, have sold nearly 22 million copies worldwide.

Melua fears for family's safety

Singer Katie Melua has revealed that she is worried about the safety of her mum and 16-year-old brother, who are currently in war-torn Georgia.

Melua has vowed that her birth country will always remain her "true home", The 24-year-old, was granted British citizenship in 2005.

Her family remain in the the south west Asian republic began fighting Russian-backed separatists in the breakaway region of South Ossetia. Melua said she fears that her uncle may be conscripted into the Georgian army, adding: "Whoever settled anything with war?"

A spokeswoman for the star, whose real name is Ketevan Melua, commented: "She is worried about her mum and brother being there."

Melua lived in Georgia, which was part of the former USSR, until she was eight years old.

Paris donates to children's hospital

Paris Hilton has donated an "extremely generous" sum of money to a Los Angeles children's hospital. The Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases, which is expected to open in 2010, would not specify the amount the socialite donated.

Hilton said in a statement:

"The children I have met through my involvement with Children's Hospital have truly touched my heart.

"I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses."
