Taylor Swift: "I feel so lucky"

Taylor Swift, Valentine's Day, Lautner

CMA Awards winner Taylor Swift has said that she is not letting her fame and attention go to her head.

The star, who is scheduled to appear alongside rumoured boyfriend Taylor Lautner in forthcoming romantic comedy Valentine's Day, insisted that she is keeping her feet on the ground.

"It feels like just yesterday I was knocking on doors in Nashville saying, 'Hey, would you listen to my demo?'" Angry Ape quotes the singer as saying.

"I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to open for all those people who were nominated with me."

She added: "I never imagined that the unattainable thing that I dreamed about could happen to me at 19. It's a lot to absorb. So now the next challenge is to find the next challenge."

Robert Pattinson: 'Girls like pale guys'

Robert Pattinson has said that women are more attracted to him the paler he gets.

The Twilight star made the comments at a fan event in London, People reports.

Pattinson said: "The paler you are, the better you do with women.

"Becoming essentially a sex symbol, being English, you realise you can break a bunch of moulds that I don't think many people realise you can - you don't need to go to the gym or anything!"

Pattinson, who was named the world's sexiest man earlier this year, recently admitted that he has trouble getting dates with girls.

Rihanna dad 'disapproves of topless pic'

Rihanna's father has reportedly claimed that he disapproved of her recent topless photoshoot for Italian Vogue.

The 'Disturbia' singer stripped off for the September issue of the iconic magazine. Among the images was one showing the star's breasts, although her nipples were covered by patches.

Speaking to Us Weekly, dad Ronald Fenty said: "The photo was disturbing... I was blue when I saw the picture."

He went on to discuss his daughter's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown's appearance on CNN's Larry King Live, saying: "The costume he wore was so funny. That bow tie thing. He needs to bury that."

Beckhams 'move on' from Cruise, Holmes

Victoria and David Beckham are "moving on" from their friendship with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, it has been claimed.

Posh's long-time friend Taylor Clyne told the Daily Express that the former Spice Girl is now hardly ever seen with the celebrity couple.

It is believed that Victoria and David have instead been focusing their attention on Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher in recent months.

Clyne revealed: "Victoria and David have moved on from Tom and Katie. They used to do everything together but now they only meet up very occasionally.

"Now they're hanging with Demi and Ashton - they've expanded their social network."

The Beckhams were spotted with Cruise and Holmes on a number of occasions after moving to Los Angeles in 2007.

Jennifer Aniston denies boob job

Jennifer Aniston has denied reports that she has had her breasts cosmetically enhanced. It was recently claimed that the actress had Macrolane injections to increase her bust by at least one cup size.

She said: "It's such bulls**t. I normally ignore stories about me because they tend to take on a life of their own that has no connection with me, and I find that, no matter what I say or do, I can't find a way to correct them.

"But it does get frustrating sometimes, because I happen to love my job, which is making movies - I do it the best way I can. And I care about making films that people enjoy.

"I think it distracts from that when some idiot somewhere, who's annoyed about something for some reason, has created a ridiculous story that I had saline implants over the space of one weekend."

Regarding any future plastic surgery, she added: "I will never, ever say 'never' about anything. I don't think there's anything wrong with making yourself feel better about how you look - although we've all seen how you can go too far with it.

"But for me, until that day has to happen, I'll try every other way to make myself feel good first."

Paulina Porizkova: 'I'm no dumb model'

Paulina Porizkova has said that she feels the need to prove her intelligence all the time because of the industry she works in.

The model, who recently criticised America's Next Top Model after she was not asked to return as a judge, said that she wants to get rid of the stereotype that models are stupid.

Porizkova wrote in a blog for Modelinia.com: "I admit that thanks to a career choice that required not much more than showing up with clean hair and shaved legs, I have a bit of an inferiority complex in the education department. I feel the need to constantly prove I'm not some dumb model."

The 44-year-old, who left school at 15 to start her career, added: "Probably because of my inferiority complex, I tend to bypass the magazine articles my friends prefer as beach reads and head straight for the books."

Natalie Portman 'a fan of dirty rap'

Natalie Portman has revealed that she is a fan of "dirty rap".

Talking to her Brothers co-star Jake Gyllenhaal for a piece in Interview magazine, the actress explained that listening to the music makes her feel like a child.

"I've mostly been listening to dirty rap lately," she said. "That's sort of my scene. Really, really obscene hip-hop. I love it so much. It makes me laugh and then it makes me dance."

She added that she likes 'Wait (The Whisper Song)' by The Ying Yang Twins.

"The lyrics are like, 'Wait 'til you see my d**k', which is just amazing because it's whispered.

"I listen to it like I'm a 5-year-old, like, 'Oh my God! I can't believe he just said that!'"
